The role involves ensuring stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of AI platforms, turning data-driven insights into business value.

Responsibilities

Build, administer, and maintain the day-to-day operations of AI platforms, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and commercial off-the-shelf systems, ensuring peak stability and performance

Oversee the provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of infrastructure required for AI workloads, aligning with enterprise standards

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, applying Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) principles for automated monitoring

Continuously monitor model performance, identify critical issues like "model drift" or decay, and proactively optimize costs associated with AI infrastructure

Oversee the quality and content of data used for training AI models, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance

Lead the deployment of AI interfaces (e.g., CoPilot), provide guidance, and conduct engaging instructional sessions, workshops, and presentations for end-users

Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and infrastructure, generating critical reports on usage metrics and compliance

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred
