Responsibilities
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing for system enhancements and integrations
Translate complex guild agreements (WGA/DGA/SAG) into structured business rules and workflows
Develop financial models and analytical insights to support product decisions
Create training materials and product documentation for internal stakeholders
Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for guild contracts and financial systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations) to define business
Qualification
Required
Experience in Media & Entertainment technology, studio operations, or financial systems
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau, or similar BI systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
