Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong Life Sciences sales pipeline
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target prospects
Initiate contact through various outbound channels and set up discovery meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Life Sciences or Health System accounts
Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Passionate about healthcare and technology
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback
Has a professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
