Responsibilities

Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients to successfully book meetings

Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects and client information

Present and provide information and conduct follow up calls

Research and produce potential leads

Possess an in depth knowledge of HeyTutor and ability to communicate that to the client

Generating sales within the assigned region (region assignment is subject to change)

Drive sales and adoption of learning committees for programs through strategic planning and implementation

Establish industry expertise and develop multi-level relationships through consultations, presentations, trainings, and webinars based on strong learning market knowledge

Lead district program rollout, training and ongoing relationship support to ensure program usage and build enduring partnerships

Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through new and renewal sales

Actively represent organization at conferences and events to promote awareness and build relationships with strategic partners and clients

Collaborate effectively with internal teams including educational partnerships, client success and support implementation and others to ensure proactive client support

Forecast and manage pipeline activity for accurate account planning; and

Maintain accurate and well documented spreadsheets, including reporting

Required

Prior sales experience with K-12 districts is required

Bachelor's Degree required from a 4 year accredited institution

Extensive experience in the K-12 educational market is required

Proven track record of managing complex district or client partnerships to include impactful program adoptions, effective implementations and ongoing engagement

Excellent communication skills and successful experience with group presentations

Ability to work and collaborate in office or remotely and the ability to travel as needed

Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

Demonstrated success as a top performer, meeting or exceeding goals including new customers and/or partnerships

Enthusiastic with the ability to inspire others

Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, speak and hear; may occasionally be asked to lift up to 15 pounds

Normal physical mobility that includes movement from place to place

Ability to sit for long periods of time
