The Softgoods Supervisor is responsible for managing the sales staff and inventory control within the Softgoods department, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers in the store
Develop a rapport with the customers through conversation to understand their needs
Build trust from the customer through product knowledge and the delivery of accurate information
Bring the sale to a successful close
Expand the sale by demonstrating knowledge of accessory and/or related products or warranty agreements as appropriate for the needs of the customer
Operate the cash register to complete the sale
Merchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with products
Other duties as assigned

Required

Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
Have basic computer skills
English fluency, written and verbal
Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
