Start in 2026 SpringRuoff Mortgage is looking for a Project Management & Business Analyst Intern for Summer 2026. This position will assist the Project Management Office Team with various IT projects and involves managing project timelines, documenting status updates, and learning mortgage industry processes.

Responsibilities
Assist PMO team with the creation and continuous improvement of project management and business analysis processes
Manage project timelines, document status updates, and risk analysis
Learn and document mortgage industry processes and tools
Research and design development solutions to business problems
Assist in testing completed development projects to ensure that requirements are met with high quality
Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information; verbal and/or written documentation
Perform other tasks as requested
Qualification
Required
Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office products- Excel, Word, Outlook
Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and broad communication skills are essential
Organized, interest in a career in Software (non-coding)
Ideal candidates must be enrolled in an Indiana college or university
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Able to work in person at Ruoff Mortgage Corporate Headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana
