Responsibilities
Designing and implementing clean, scalable APIs that connect user interfaces to core backend services
Developing high quality web applications using Next.js, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Balancing rapid product iteration with long term maintainability and sound engineering practices
Collaborating closely with product, design, and research partners to shape and deliver new functionality
Debugging and resolving issues across the stack, including frontend behavior, backend logic, and deployment workflows
Participating in code reviews and architectural discussions to help establish engineering standards and best practices
Contributing directly to early product development, helping move ideas from prototype to production
Qualification
Required
At least three years of professional experience in full stack or frontend focused engineering roles
A strong technical foundation, gained through formal education or equivalent hands on experience
Deep experience building applications with Next.js
Proficiency with modern frontend technologies, including React, TypeScript, and contemporary styling frameworks
Practical backend experience building APIs, working with databases, and diagnosing application level issues
An understanding of performance, scalability, and optimization in modern web applications
Experience working in startup environments or contributing to products built from the ground up
A self directed mindset, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and learning quickly
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
