Responsibilities

Support the financial team by providing analysis, reporting, and pro formas to aid operational and strategic decisions
Analyze various data—financial, operational, clinical, and economic—and interpret this information to advise senior management
Develop forecasts and assess economic indicators
Offer technical support on complex analyses, with potential informal team leadership responsibilities

Qualification

Financial analysisHealthcare industry experienceMicrosoft ExcelOperational analysisRelational databaseAnalytical skillsLeadership skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree is required
Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience
Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets
Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications
Strong Microsoft Excel experience required

Preferred

Degree in Finance or related field a plus
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred
Relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus
