Manage facility budgets, forecasting operational costs and capital expenditures
Oversee third-party service providers (janitorial, security, landscaping) to ensure contract compliance
Qualification
Required
Experienced Facilities Manager skilled in building systems operations, vendor management, and preventive maintenance programs
Proven track record of optimizing building efficiency and ensuring occupant safety
Citizenship: United States of America
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
Facility Management Professional (FMP)
Technical Skills: HVAC Systems Oversight, Space Planning, Vendor Contract Negotiation
Standards & Frameworks: ADA Compliance, OSHA Safety Standards, LEED Sustainability
Tools/Software: CMMS (e.g., IBM Maximo, Maintenance Connection), AutoCAD
