Responsibilities
Handle a variety of interior and exterior refurb tasks, from repairs to general upkeep
Work on projects that vary in scope and complexity
Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all work performed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Communicate progress and issues to management
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
Can switch between different types of tasks throughout the day
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks consistently
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools
Comfortable performing a variety of hands-on tasks across interior and exterior projects
