Directs outside contractors and inspects quality of work by team members
Responds and coordinates responses to guest calls and emergency situations
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
Qualification
Required
1 year building maintenance management experience
2-3 years minimum hands-on building maintenance knowledge
Desire and passion to lead and mentor a team
