Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate technical support, and develop improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency
Report activity status through SFM and JFM boards, escalating issues as needed
Provide technical support and training to production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
Define root causes and implement lasting solutions using appropriate problem-solving methodologies
Develop job instructions, visual aids, troubleshooting guides, and documentation of lessons learned
Support new product launches and programs with technical expertise and training plans
Manage large capital, equipment, tool, cost-saving, and quality improvement projects
Oversee process development, including innovation and design of experiments
Ensure safety compliance, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S standards within your area
Specify new equipment requirements for capacity expansions and product launches
Create investment concepts and manage quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics
At least 5 years experience in grinding processes within the bearing industry and full understanding of related manufacturing processes
Proven leadership skills to build high-performing teams and drive project execution
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and implement new machining technologies
Strong decision-making capabilities based on cost analysis and calculations
Proficient in English, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiar with advanced quality planning techniques such as FMEA and statistical process control
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset
Commitment to environmental sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement
