Responsibilities
Focus on regulatory matters and litigation for electric, natural gas, and water utilities, transportation, marine pilots, and other highly regulated clients
Work closely with partners and clients on high‑impact proceedings involving rate cases, clean energy and renewable resource acquisitions, regulatory compliance and enforcement, and related civil and commercial litigation
Preparing comments on proposed rules and legislation
Qualification
Required
Strong writing and advocacy skills
Demonstrated interest in regulated industries and public law
Excellent academic credentials and references
One to two years of litigation experience
Cover letter, resume, law school transcript and writing sample must be provided
Preferred
Experience in regulated energy operations
Experience in administrative and civil litigation
Experience in regulatory compliance
