Retirement Client Relationship Manager
Weaver Partners is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Retirement Plan Services team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of Defined Contribution plans, supporting ongoing plan operations and ensuring compliance and success year after year.

Responsibilities
Manage all daily client communication and support needs
Review annual census data and coordinate with admin teams for compliance testing
Communicate testing outcomes and employer contribution calculations clearly and accurately
Support preparation and timely filing of Forms 5500, 5330, 5558, and related documents
Conduct fiduciary reviews for 3(16) clients
Partner with auditors and regulatory agencies as needed
Manage plan amendments, payroll issues, and ongoing plan updates in CRM
Qualification
Required
5+ years of client-facing experience with a broad range of DC plans, including new comparability/cross-tested plans
Strong technical understanding of retirement plans and recordkeeping platforms
Familiarity with multiple recordkeepers
Exceptional communication, organization, and client relationship skills
A proactive, collaborative team member who enjoys improving processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
3+ years of retirement plan experience
Experience with FTW, Pension Pro, and plan calculation tools
ASPPA or NIPA credentials (or willingness to pursue them)
