Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies and guide the team on proper use of Agile practices and values
Own the product backlog: creating, grooming, prioritizing, and clarifying user stories and acceptance criteria
Work directly with new clients, lottery stakeholders, and internal partners to gather and refine requirements
Distill complex business processes into clean user stories
Gather and track Agile team metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid role
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprints, and backlog management
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on good practices
Comfortable gathering requirements directly from both internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of modern software development, cloud platforms, and the SDLC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Preferred
Azure preferred
Professional Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog planning and work tracking
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
