Responsibilities
Drive strategic collaboration focusing on the key clients you are responsible for managing, this will included enhancing the firms existing relationships with particular clients, working with the key partners to enhance those relationships, whilst also looking at potential new business opportunities within those clients
Facilitate client engagements and meetings between the partners and the client base, advising the partners prior to meeting to further solidify strategic relationships
Be proactive in working with the firms pricing team to collaborate on new business opportunities within the client list, you will also work closely with the firms central pitch function on these too
Work with the partners on achieving financial growth within the clients, advising them on market trends and how to position themselves in order to grow these accounts
Qualification
Required
Experience operating at a Senior Manager level or Manager stepping up
Ability to drive strategic collaboration focusing on key clients
Experience enhancing existing relationships with clients
Ability to identify potential new business opportunities within existing clients
Experience facilitating client engagements and meetings
Ability to advise partners prior to client meetings
Proactive in collaborating with pricing teams on new business opportunities
Experience working closely with pitch functions
Ability to advise partners on market trends and positioning for financial growth
Preferred
Experience in strategic client relationships
Current Legal BD professionals with strong client management experience
Client relationship professionals in the professional services and/or accountancy space
