Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, coordination, and tracking of compliance transformation projects

Maintain project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, action items, and status reports

Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure timely project delivery

Help prepare materials for steering committees and internal governance forums

Support the collection, analysis, and compilation of data for compliance reporting purposes

Help maintain the reporting calendar, templates, and central document repository

Assist with the upkeep of the Compliance Measures Inventory and the Compliance Risk Appetite documentation

Contribute to the creation of dashboards and executive summaries for senior management

Liaise with various business units to gather information and validate reporting inputs

Participate in team meetings, cross-functional working groups, and relevant committee support tasks

Draft communication materials to support change management and reporting awareness initiatives
