Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Automation

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Quadient solutions

Develop, maintain, and enhance templates, workflows, and communication processes

Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, document repositories)

Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT teams during testing phases

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize templates and workflows for performance and compliance

Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time

Prepare technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews

Ensure compliance with data security, accessibility, and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

Required

Quadient

Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Quadient deployments

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Exposure to other CCM tools (e.g., OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications)

2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Automation, Interactive, and/or Scaler

Strong understanding of Customer Communications Management (CCM) concepts and best practices

Experience with data mapping, scripting, and working with variable data (XML, JSON, CSV)

Familiarity with PDF composition, print production, and digital channels

Proficiency in JavaScript, VBScript, or other scripting languages used within Quadient

Good understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills
