The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to deliver skilled nursing services to meet the needs of patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers
Must be able to complete 5 - 6 weeks of a FT orientation

Qualification

Licensed Practical NursePatient CareCollaborationCommunicationTeamwork

Required

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Experience as an LPN
Ability to work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
Ability to work 3 holidays per year
Ability to work every 3rd weekend
Ability to complete 5 - 6 weeks of a full-time orientation
Ability to work night shifts (7pm - 7:30am)
