Responsibilities
Producing the bulk of the project documentation on projects (depending on project size) including schematic presentations, design development drawings, construction documents and construction administrative documents
Researching products, specifications and design details required for the above work
Communicating with all project counter-parties including the internal design team, consultants, contractors, vendors and clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum BA or BArch degree in Architecture
2-5 years architecture work experience in US
AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated and team oriented
Fluency in English and authorization to work in US
Preferred
MArch preferred
Rhino, Adobe Suite & Sketch-up preferred
