Customer Success Specialist
Tuvoli is transforming how private aviation does business with its innovative platform. They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist who will support users through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of their platform, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation
Deliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfaction
Provide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone)
Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively when needed
Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success
Participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experience
Share on-call duties with the team
Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levels
Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused improvements
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—empathetic, clear, and approachable
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new platforms
Preferred
Experience using Zendesk or other customer service platforms (a plus)
Experience with payment or banking (a plus)
Background/ interest in aviation or travel is highly desirable
