Responsibilities

Draft legal documents utilized in judicial court actions

File legal pleadings with the Court

Assist attorneys with service of process of legal pleadings

Correspond with debtors and firm clients through telephone and written communication

Respond to client inquiries and provide information to clients regarding the judicial process

Accurate and timely entry of data in the firm’s case management system

Access client websites to request documents, upload documents and update the client’s website with accurate information regarding case status and timeline

Answer inquiries via telephone or email, responding in a timely, accurate and professional manner

Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries

Ensure all required information is properly entered into the firm’s case management system and client websites in a timely and efficient manner

Draft correspondence and pleadings used in the judicial foreclosure; Ensure accuracy of the information contained in the legal documents

Identify and request from the client any missing documents and/or data needed for the judicial action

Performs all other duties as requested
