Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with Project Managers (PM) regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications related to invoicing
Prepare draft invoices for PM review and complete final invoicing for clients, including all applicable back-ups
Support project managers through all phases of a project including contract development, project setup using Deltek Vantagepoint software, budget tracking, and other project administrative tasks
Update project reports for project managers and business unit leaders
Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers
Perform miscellaneous office administration tasks
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5 years of accounting experience
Experience in project invoicing & billing
General knowledge of accounting terms & practices
Strong math, bookkeeping, and organization skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task on various projects & assignments
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must complete a background check
Preferred
Experience with ERP & CRM products, specifically Deltek Vantagepoint
Experience with resource scheduling software, specifically Microsoft Project or Deltek Vantagepoint
Bachelor's degree in business-related field
