Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis

Solution architecting and design

Development and support

Technical documentation

Liaising with Business and Program Management teams on program deliverables

Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT support

Production Releases and deployments

Production Support

Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to develop comprehensive technical design documentation

Design, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applications that meet business requirements

Create and implement technical specifications and business components using industry’s best practices, proven design patterns, and principles such as OOAD and SOLID

Analyze complex user stories and translate them into actionable technical solutions

Conduct high-level and low-level design, development, testing, coding, and resolution of issues and queries

Conduct unit and integration tests and actively engage in configuration management and deployment procedures

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare production releases

Provide leadership and mentorship to technical resources, including both full-time employees and third-party contractors

Required

10–15 years of experience in backend development with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions

Excellent communication and analytical skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams

Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server, along with related technologies

Front-end development experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Hands-on experience building UI components using Angular Material, Bootstrap, and SASS

Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies and best practices

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems integration

Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently

Preferred

Exposure to Azure development and cloud-based solutions
