Interns will gain hands-on experience by working with a diverse team, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and leading strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support RFQ/RFP pursuits
Assist Marketing Coordinators in managing proposal efforts
Create content as needed
Layout materials in Adobe InDesign
Material production & delivery
Maintain marketing boilerplate materials (resumes, project sheets, etc.)
Support business development activities as needed
Material quality control
Work with Marketing Coordinators and project teams on special assignments
Support development of website content
Support social media and public relations programs
Support Studio marketing initiatives
Assist in maintenance of marketing collateral
Conduct market and client research

Adobe Creative SuiteInDesignMarketing materials creationContent creationTeam collaboration

Required

Candidates must either have completed or be in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree
All years/classes (undergraduate and postgraduate) are encouraged to apply - including recently graduated and masters students

Candidates must upload one faculty letter of recommendation (sent to: recommendations@sasaki.com)
Candidates must upload a brief, one page explanation of goals and expectations for internship

Preferred

Previous work experience preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, in particular, is a big plus
