Responsibilities
Deliver and support next-gen B2B integration projects and Hypercare initiatives
Collaborate with internal and external teams across borders
Develop comprehensive, user-friendly documentation
Infuse customer-centric thinking into every project
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience
Preferred
Experience with order-to-cash processes
Experience with B2B transaction formats (cXML, EDI) and communication standards (HTTP/S, VAN, AS2, FTP)
Proficient with SAP and MS Office Suite
Analytical, solution-oriented, and an excellent communicator (oral, written, presentation)
Customer-focused, ideally with experience in customer service, technical support, or retail— anticipate and address customer needs
