Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness

Apply statistical and data modeling techniques to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, patterns, and correlations

Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for business stakeholders

Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover opportunities, support risk management, and inform strategic decisions

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key metrics, KPIs, and trends relevant to financial services operations

Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate delivery

Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create interactive, intuitive representations of client, trading, and operational data

Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes for efficiency and regulatory consistency

Partner with stakeholders across advisory, operations, finance, and compliance to provide data-driven insights

Conduct ad hoc analyses, scenario planning, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions

Assist in evaluating project feasibility, developing business cases, and assessing impact of proposed initiatives

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability through regular quality checks and validation processes

Support data governance initiatives, working with data engineers and compliance teams to maintain data quality, lineage, and accessibility

Ensure adherence to data privacy, FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory requirements

Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in financial services data management and analytics

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced analytical efficiency
