Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in the luxury/residential real-estate market in NYC
Build and manage your own client base and referral network
Leverage the brand’s global marketing tools, referral network and training to generate leads and close deals
Deliver a concierge-level, bespoke client experience to high-end customers
Collaborate with leadership and fellow advisors to tap into global listings, referral opportunities and brand events
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate agent
Open to both new-to-industry professionals and experienced real estate advisors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn (especially if new) or to elevate (if experienced)
Commitment to high-quality service, discretion and integrity
Appreciation for luxury real estate and lifestyle-driven client experiences
Self-starter who thrives on client relationships
Ambition & drive to build a meaningful career
