New Grad, Entry LevelHome Furniture Plus Bedding is hiring a Sales Representative to join their Baton Rouge furniture sales team at their Airline Hwy location. The role focuses on helping customers find the right products for their home while building strong relationships and driving sales results.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
Guide customers through the furniture sales process using strong product knowledge
Stay proactive and attentive throughout each customer interaction
Use sales tools and systems to close sales and meet performance goals
Follow up with customers to build repeat business and long-term relationships
Manage open orders and resolve customer concerns with integrity
Maintain a positive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Motivated to meet and exceed individual sales goals in a commission-based role
Coachable and open to ongoing sales training and performance feedback
Comfortable using basic technology, point-of-sale systems, and digital communication tools
Reliable, professional, and able to work a full-time retail schedule
Preferred
Prior experience in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
