They are seeking a Graves Customer Service Alarm Operator to process alarm signals and dispatch authorities in emergencies, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of their subscribers.

Responsibilities

Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally while managing stressful situations

Dispatch the proper authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies, verify that help is on the way, and notify responsible parties

Assist our alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure subscriber's alarms are working properly

Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer

Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the accurate handling of alarms and to foster your professional growth with our team

Qualification

Typing 40 wpmCustomer service experienceStress managementProfessional developmentAlarm system knowledge

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED

Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm

Willing to work 1 weekend day each week or every other weekend

Willing to work holidays

Ability to make a 6 month commitment to work here

Must be able to pass a 2 week fully-paid training class

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Prior customer service experience
