Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout the admissions journey, offering reassurance and guidance to enhance their experience

Manage the entire admissions process, facilitating seamless internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction

Effectively communicate and clarify information for callers, clients, and families to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings

Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, effectively conveying the benefits of our programs and services

Maintain exceptional organizational skills, adapting to shifting priorities while consistently delivering outstanding client support

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly, keeping electronic records accurate and current
