Responsibilities

Underwrite medium-to-large credit applications
Evaluate portfolio risks across WW portfolios, monitoring and creating risk metrics
Improve processes to increase efficiency and improve risk mitigation across WW markets
Contribute to and build underwriting/credit strategies across the portfolio and individual customer sub-segments
Assist in defining policies and product features to support automated and manual credit decisioning and monitoring
Establish, constantly improve, and be a thought leader for a credit adjudication and performance monitoring platform
Develop processes, mechanisms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to grow efficiently and in a scalable way
Review complex credit decisions that require manual reviews or exceptions
Participate in program operations, partner with product managers and contribute to team-wide improvement goals
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partner with cross-organizational teams on high priority initiatives

Required

4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
Experience in commercial credit risk management
Working knowledge of SQL and Python, and experience in processing complex datasets from multiple sources
Clear examples of demonstrated judgment and strategic insight
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred

3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
MBA, CFA or Master's Degree in relevant fields
Experience in managing credit risk program for an unsecured lending portfolio
