Responsibilities

Entry and processing of customer and sample orders accurately and efficiently

Interface with all Capol departments and/or outside warehouse partners that support the COFP

Create new and maintain existing customer accounts in the ERP system

Liaison between customers and Capol internal departments for the purpose of order fulfillment, shipping requirements, customer service and technical support

Relay information to sales representatives/managers, as well as customers via e-mail and phone calls

Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization, using verbal and written distribution channels

Adjusts promptly and calmly to change, works well as part of a team, and remains calm under pressure. Able to operate independently, with minimal supervision
