Responsibilities
Gain knowledge of ticketing system to answer questions and troubleshoot any customer issues
Game day responsibilities include: box office operations, answering incoming calls & emails, and/or prospecting clients at the stadium
Leverage best practices to sell tickets
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and closed sales
Assist with ticket holder gift distribution
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal communication, networking and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
Basic understanding of technology systems and Internet applications as well as CRM systems
Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in Tickets.com, Ticketmaster Archtics, and other ticketing systems a plus, but not required
