Responsibilities

Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed

Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records

Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service

Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to credit union policies and guidelines

Follow the choreography established for the branch footprint

Complete and maintain financial certification training as designated by the credit union

Uncover opportunities and advise members on financial health

Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including ATM duties, completing logs and reports, typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
