Sell International Freight Forwarding services including Import, Export, Air, Ocean, and Road Freight as well as warehousing solutions
Seek opportunities to generate new business and increase sales through prospecting and cold calling
Prepare quotes for international freight forwarding services
Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
Attend industry relevant events to generate leads, increase brand awareness and build relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years Sales & Business Development experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Shipping industries
Must have experience selling international air and ocean freight services
Strong negotiation skills
Sales hunter with the ability to sell through a consultative solutions based approach
Ability to build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Holds existing relationships with key contacts
Happy to travel as needed
