Required
Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
Must have completed a Master's program and be out of the supervision stage
Preferred
Child &/or Adolescent Therapist (Play Therapy certification or training in a PLUS)
