Temporary Human Resources Coordinator
Andersen Corporation is a leading company in the residential, home improvement, and light commercial building sector. They are seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to facilitate basic HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Preparing and coordinating any functions pertaining to employment, compensation, onboarding, offboarding, retention, and employee relations across Logistics
Running queries & creating reports - hiring, retention, turnover, etc
Maintaining employee files in compliance with records retention policy and applicable legal requirements
Acting as site liaison in troubleshooting associate issues relating to payroll, timekeeping, and benefits
Maintaining bulletin boards, employee handouts, and key resource documents
Coordinating and monitoring production associate merit increases and performance reviews
Assisting with process alignment across ALI¿s to ensure consistency and coordinate implementation
Being visible and accessible to all associates, directing associates seeking policy clarification and HR-related inquiries to management and/or an HRBP
Coordinating various employee meetings, including scheduling, invitations, room arrangements, lunches, etc
Compiling information and creating stand-up meeting notes for supervisors
Being a key member of the Orange Committee - coordinating warehouse events and employee engagement activities
Participating in community partnership events and activities
Assisting associates with medical leave-related questions and paperwork, coordinating with the Corporate Disability Management Team
Assisting associates and supervisors in the return-to-work administrative processes
Assisting the talent acquisition team with recruiting efforts, including screening, interviewing, scheduling, coordinating interviewers, and more
Facilitating new hire orientation and ensuring all required documents are filled out correctly and processed accordingly
Coordinating necessary pre-employment testing
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in progressive HR support roles
Highly motivated with the ability to proactively provide support
Capable of independently managing multiple tasks/projects in a professional, efficient manner
Excellent customer service & follow-through skills
Outstanding computer skills (MS Office applications)
Ability to exercise sound judgment and strict confidentiality standards
Experience with the staffing process (screening, interviewing, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with HRIS & Payroll software or database software is a plus
