Responsibilities
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with IDN stakeholders across regions
Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and Daniels Health solutions
Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals
Lead contract negotiations and manage multi-region agreements
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and service
Monitor KPIs, compliance, and sustainability metrics; conduct quarterly business reviews
Provide education and best practices for waste management and infection control
Act as the escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution
Travel regularly (40–60%) to strengthen relationships and oversee implementations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in healthcare account management
Proven success managing multi-region accounts and driving strategic growth
Experience leading teams
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive presentation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver operational excellence
Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools
Preferred
Experience with IDNs or national accounts
