Responsibilities
Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making
Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
4 plus years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on analytics
Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel
Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction
Salesforce (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields
General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concepts
