Responsibilities
Define clear project objectives and deliverables, building stakeholder alignment from the start
Develop detailed project charters, scope statements, and execution strategies that balance business goals with resource realities
Apply strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to select the most effective approach for each initiative
Build robust timelines, budgets, and communication plans that keep teams informed and accountable
Anticipate risks early, maintain transparent reporting, and ensure leadership remains informed on progress and challenges
Motivate and guide cross-functional teams to perform at their best, creating an environment of ownership and accountability
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment across departments
Continuously refine plans based on feedback, dependencies, and evolving business needs
Lead execution with an emphasis on delivering outcomes that meet scope, schedule, and cost expectations
Monitor and report progress using project management tools and performance metrics
Manage changes in project scope and priorities through structured change control processes
Identify and remove obstacles that could delay or disrupt progress, working collaboratively to maintain momentum
Foster open communication within the team to quickly resolve conflicts and maintain focus
Recommend process improvements and introduce new practices that enhance project delivery and efficiency
Oversee project completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement across the organization
Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with clear agendas, documented action items, and transparent updates
Escalate significant risks and issues promptly to senior leadership or stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Ensure consistent documentation of progress, risks, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and traceability
Qualification
Required
Proven success managing large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Proficiency with project and process visualization tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence and lead diverse teams
Strategic thinking paired with practical problem-solving and sound judgment
Meticulous attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Adaptability and resilience under pressure, maintaining focus through shifting priorities
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and transform insights into action
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Five to ten years of direct project management experience, ideally within technology, operations, or enterprise environments
Ability to remain focused for extended periods while working in a professional office setting
Comfort using standard office equipment and collaborating in hybrid or in-person work models
Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement
Commitment to maintaining workplace integrity, including background verification and compliance with organizational policies
Eligibility to obtain relevant access credentials when required by project scope or industry regulations
