Responsibilities
Own the pre- and post-closing process
Order and review title searches to ensure everything is spot-on
Prepare and issue title commitments and final policies (details, details, details!)
Handle all closing documents and packages like a pro
Manage disbursements like a true closing expert
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience with residential real estate closings in a law firm
Proficient in SoftPro/Qualia, Protrust, and MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple deadlines
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organized
Solid experience with title work, preparing commitments, and closing docs
Ability to do between approximately 15 closings a month
Preferred
Associate's degree or ABA accredited paralegal program
Litigation experience
