Financial Administrative Coordinator, Wharton Graduate Division

Responsibilities
Perform complex and confidential administrative duties for FP&O Team including various forms of student payments, Concur travel review and submission, and BEN Financial processes including purchase orders, meeting card, and pro-card ownership
Processes adjusting journal entries in BEN Financials and assists in the monthly/annual closing processes, including acting as key contact for Grad Div staff for any processing, vendor questions and invoice inquiries. Monitor and respond quickly and accurately on all financially related queries from staff
Assist in the training needs for the FP&O team including attending regular Grad Div/Wharton/University meetings and summarizing key impacts to best support the team and the Grad Division staff. Provide actionable data and analysis to best guide staffing and budgeting needs in the division
Plays a crucial role assisting workflows in the MBA Financial Aid office. This position requires a strong understanding of financial aid systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Provides frontline and backup support for the FP&O Team based on demand across all financial aspects
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or Two Year College equivalent required
2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
