Responsibilities
Develop litigation strategies for insurance coverage disputes, business litigation, and class actions
Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis; prepare detailed memoranda and evaluations
Review and interpret insurance policies; prepare coverage analyses and strategic recommendations
Take and defend depositions
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Manage, mentor, and supervise junior associates and paralegals
Work closely with partners and clients to ensure efficient and effective case management
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to practice in New York required
5+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive matters simultaneously
Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid and consistent work history
Preferred
Dual admission in New York and New Jersey strongly preferred
