Lead national origination strategy for bridge, construction across CRE
Manage and grow a high-performing team of originators
Own sponsor relationships and drive $1b+ in annual origination volume
Work cross-functionally with credit, capital markets, and executive leadership
Represent the firm externally with sponsors, borrowers, and intermediaries
Qualification
Required
10–20+ years of experience in real estate lending, with a focus on CRE/bridge/construction loans
Proven track record originating at scale (firm consistently doing $1B+ annual volume)
Experience building and leading origination teams
Strong credit acumen and committee experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with institutional polish
