Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer Associate Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for testing the Mission Planning Environment (MPE) in AGILE teams. The role involves managing program execution, promoting agile development, and ensuring effective engineering processes while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of embedded SI&T engineers responsible for Mission Planning Environment (MPE) testing conducted in the AGILE teams
Conduct early capability integration testing, test case development, test automation, and pre-release checkout
Manage program execution (cost, schedule, and technical performance) as well as functional L-code responsibilities (employee recruitment, labor planning, performance assessments)
Promote agile development and lead change actions
Ensure engineering and program management process execution and support reward systems through active feedback mechanisms
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be eligible to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearances
Must be a US Citizen
Demonstrated innovation and continuous improvement of management and engineering process methodologies
Proven communication skills, presentation skills, team building and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Customer engagement experience
Experience with control account management, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Experience with Windows servers setup and security administration
Experience with the design, development, test, deployment and/or use of Mission Planning related software
F-35 Mission Planning or Mission Systems experience
F-35 OMS/MPE or ALIS System Administration experience
