Responsibilities
Design and develop Mens Ready-to-Wear collections across Knits and/or Wovens, aligning with brand vision and seasonal direction
Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams to deliver product that meets design, quality, and cost standards
Research market trends, fabric innovations, and competitor assortments to ensure the brand stays at the forefront of menswear
Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and design boards to communicate vision clearly to cross-functional partners and vendors
Partner with the sourcing and production teams to ensure timely product execution and delivery
Contribute fresh ideas and strategic thinking to strengthen the menswear business and support ongoing category expansion
Qualification
Required
Proven RTW design experience, preferably within both Knits and Wovens categories
Strong eye for trend, fit, and construction, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial product
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD)
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Team player with strong collaboration skills and leadership potential (depending on level)
