Responsibilities

Directs and manages staff on technical aspects of projects including coordination with all disciplines involved on projects

Plans and oversees the quality review process of project deliverables

Provides a consultative resource to clients for project resolution

Strengthens and further develops subject matter expertise in certain design areas

Provides senior-level design review for various projects on the team and acts as a resource for technical issues

May assist in the preparation of project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data

Promotes efficiencies in producing quality work

Supervises and reviews assignments of less experienced staff

Qualification

CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D)Project ManagementAssociate Degree in DraftingCommunication skillsTeam collaboration skills

Required

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Associate Degree in Drafting

10 years of CAD software experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d)

Project Management skills for medium-sized projects
