Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, while streamlining and automating for efficiency and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
Manage external audits, including documentation and coordination
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
Introduce and optimize financial systems/tools (e.g., Blackline, Floqast, Cap software)
Supervise, train, and evaluate growing accounting team
Support SOX implementation and compliance
Contribute to ad hoc projects such as acquisitions and technical accounting

Qualification

CPA licenseBig 4 accounting experienceUS GAAP knowledgeSaaS experienceAccounting systems proficiencyTeam managementFinancial statement analysisSOX complianceProcess improvementOrganizationCollaboration

Required

8+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in Software/SaaS
CPA license (required) and Big 4 public accounting background (highly preferred)
3+ years of team management experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Proficiency with accounting systems

Preferred

Big 4 public accounting background (highly preferred)
NetSuite experience preferred
