Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns
Assist in conducting needs analysis to identify suitable insurance products for clients
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new customers
Participate in sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records and processing policy applications
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, explaining policy options and benefits in a professional manner
Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated interest or experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments
Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Excellent negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards customer engagement
Preferred
Bilingual abilities (English and another language)
Familiarity with marketing principles and benefits administration
Prior experience or knowledge of insurance sales
